Investor Qualifications

Investors must be accredited according to the guidelines set forth by the United States Securities & Exchange Commission, and must establish a business relationship with The Shopoff Group, before we can release information about potential investment opportunities.  Investors should meet the following criteria:

  • Have a minimum net worth of $1 million or
  • Have an individual income (NOT including a spouse) for the past 2 years in excess of $200,000 yearly and will reasonably expect an individual income in excess of $200,000 this year or
  • Have a joint income (including spouse) for the past 2 years that has exceeded $300,000 yearly, and will reasonably expect the joint income to exceed $300,000, this year.
  • Invest a minimum of $25,000 per transaction (average is $100,000)

 A limited number of unaccredited investors, including those who have already invested in real estate, may be accepted into each transaction. Please contact us for more information.

Upon review and approval of The Shopoff Group’s qualifying form you will receive an investor password that will allow you access to our database of investment opportunities. You will then be able to view and or print the investment opportunity you might be interested in. Or you may request a hard copy to be mailed to you if you desire.
