Health Benefits
Employees are eligible for health benefits the first day of the month after 30 days of service is completed.  The company will pay 100% of the employee’s premium; dependant coverage is at the expense of the employee. 

Personal Time Off (PTO) (Vacation Time)
Employees earn15 days of PTO in their first year employment, and it begins accruing the day they start employment.  Personal Time Off is accrued monthly and is earned according to the number of hours worked each month.  Additional PTO days are earned in the following years of employment as per the handbook.

Holidays
The Shopoff Group observes nine paid holidays per year.

Retirement Plan - 401(K) Traditional and Roth
Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(K) traditional and Roth plan at the completion of their probationary period, and at the beginning of the next quarter thereafter.  The Shopoff Group will match 50% of their contribution to the program up to 10% (equals 5% Corporate Contribution) of their base salary.
