SHOPOFF SECURITIES INC.

The Shopoff Securities Inc. is seeking experienced, highly motivated, full-time sales people to sell limited partnerships in real estate investments and shares in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT). The ideal candidate must be efficient, organized, self-starter with strong communication skills, and an enthusiastic friendly personality. Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment with a team of highly skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Some experience in selling similar programs preferred and knowledge of tax-advantaged retirement plans is helpful
• Excellent group presentation and speaking skills and the ability to work one-on-one with prospects and clients
• You must be able to work with leads and personal contacts, establish referral networks, and have successful, consistent records of developing business and closing sales

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related area
• NASD Series 7 or 62 and Series 63 Licenses required
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasks independently and produce results within specified time frames
• Highly effective organizational and communication skills with all levels of personal
• Ability to successfully interact with all levels of personnel and external clients of the company.
• Computer proficient with specific experience in MS applications such as Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and graphics programs
• Organized, goal-oriented and able to complete multiple tasks effectively and accurately
• Must possess an energetic and positive attitude
