Glenn Patterson is an Independent Director. He is Chair of the Compensation Committee and a Member of the Audit Committee. Glenn has a wide range of management experience. Glenn currently serves as the President of HAP International, Inc., a research and analysis firm that specializes in real estate and private placement business investments. Glenn served as the President of Oregon Electric Group, an electrical and technology services contracting firm, from 1996 to 2004.
Glenn received a Bachelors of Science degree in economics from Willamette University.
