Patrick Meyer is an Independent Director. He is Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee. Patrick has over 30 years of planning and consulting experience. Patrick began his career in municipal government planning with the city of San Dimas, California, where he assisted with the preparation and implementation of the specific plan for the downtown central business district, and served as the staff representative to the local merchants’ board. Patrick is the owner of Urban Environs, a planning consultant firm, which he formed in 1982. From 1998 through 2008, Patrick served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for 1st Centennial Bancorp, a full-service, state-chartered commercial bank. He had overseen the bank’s expansion to six branches and four specialized divisions.
Patrick earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Urban Planning from California State Polytechnic University. He is a member of the American Planning Association and the American Institute for Certified Planners.
