We will have a Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee consisting of Patrick Meyer (Chairman) and Melanie Barnes. The Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee:
Assists the Board by identifying individuals qualified to become Board Members.
Recommends the Director nominees for the next annual meeting to the Board.
Recommends Director nominees for each committee to the Board.
Develops and recommends a set of corporate governance principles applicable to Shopoff Properties Trust.
