Step 1.  You must meet certain financial suitability standards set by your state of residence.  (See “Criteria for becoming an investor” below.)  If you have not yet done so, please click on the following link and complete the Investor Questionnaire.

Step 2.  A member of our Investor Relations team will contact you to review your information and help determine your suitability to invest.  Once approved, you will receive a username and password, which will allow you to reserve a seat at one of our scheduled presentations or obtain a copy of the Subscription Agreement.

Step 3.  You must obtain a copy of the most recent Shopoff Properties Trust Prospectus. View the Prospectus.

Step 4.  Complete the Subscription Agreement. You must complete Steps 1, 2 and 3 prior to obtaining a Subscription Agreement. Step 5.  Finally, to complete the investment process, log-in here and download your Approved Questionnaire and Agreement.  Please print out a hard copy of this document, sign it and return it to Shopoff Properties Trust along with the completed and signed Subscription Agreement and a copy of your government-approved proof of identification.

Criteria for Becoming an Investor

This type of investment is not suitable for everyone.  However, it could be ideal for you if:
	Your current financial situation is solid
	You want a relatively long-term investment; and
	You do not anticipate any need for the money you will invest for up to a period of 10 years.

Shopoff Properties Trust has established Suitability Standards for all stockholders, including subsequent transferees.  These standards require an investor to have either:
	A minimum net worth (excluding your home, home furnishings and personal automobiles) of $250,000; or
	A minimum annual gross income of $70,000 and a minimum net worth of $70,000.

If you reside in a state that has higher or lower suitability standards than those established by Shopoff Properties Trust, you must meet the standards of your home state rather than those established by Shopoff Properties Trust.  View State Requirements.
