I-10 Logistics Center

Located in unincorporated Riverside County the property consists of 244 acres of land. Entitlements for a 1.8 million square foot logistics center were approved by the Riverside County Board of Supervisors in October 2017, and the project broke ground in Q2 2021.

Use of the property as a distribution center is well-suited given the close proximity of the site to the I-10 Freeway, which is less than ½ mile away. In addition, there is limited inventory in the immediate area to meet the demand for large distribution warehouse buildings. These elements make the site well positioned to serve as a distribution center for cargo coming out of the Los Angeles and Long Beach ports, the nation’s leading importer of goods (US Department of Transportation).
