Spring Mountain West is a gated neighborhood consisting of 72 single family homes within Spring Mountain Ranch, a newly activated master plan located at the confluence of I-215, I-10 and Highway 60, within unincorporated Riverside, CA. West resides at the entry to Spring Mountain Ranch and has been planned for homes ranging in size from approximately 1,770 to 2,150 SF, which are anticipated to compliment two existing neighborhoods within the community by KB Home, which collectively have sold approximately 100 homes since October 2014.

Spring Mountain Ranch is a highly amenitized and scenic master plan set in the foothills of Box Springs Mountain. The community has benefit from its strategic location in the heart of the Inland Empire, proximate to employment, entertainment, shopping , and services and a few minutes from downtown Riverside.

Spring Mountain West is located adjacent to the City Riverside, approximately 2-miles from Interstate 215, northerly of the nexus of the 91 Freeway and the Highway 60, and southerly of Interstate 10. Given its ideal regional location, it is anticipated that the community will appeal to a broad mix of commuters in search of affordable housing in proximity to employment, services, entertainment and shopping. Given its centralized location in the heart of the Inland Empire, the competitive market area (“CMA”) was defined to include selected active neighborhoods with in Riverside, Eastvale, Fontana, Ontario and Chino. We anticipate that product at Spring Mountain West will likely price at a moderate discount relative to other actively selling neighborhoods in the heart of Riverside, at a significant discount relative to Eastvale, generally consistent with eastern Fontana.
