The rendering above is Moss Street Townhomes in Chula Vista, CA. This project was managed by Shopoff Realty Investments.
From blight to bright! Moss Street Townhomes is a fantastic example of how Shopoff’s projects can better an evolving community. Located on nearly seven acres of land in Chula Vista, California, less than two miles from the Marina, the property was zoned for light industrial uses. Shopoff worked with the city of Chula Vista to reimagine this property, entitling it for 141 three-story attached townhomes. This specific area is in a rapidly changing submarket with the $2 billion Bayfront Marina redevelopment less than two miles from the property. Providing much needed quality housing, future residents will be able to take full advantage of the Marina development, as well as other developments planned for this new residential zone. Shopoff was able to sell the property to a homebuilder, Shea Homes, in late 2023, and are looking forward to seeing the development come to life in the coming years.

The Shopoff team attended Fountain Valley’s State of the City luncheon in support of our president and CEO, Bill Shopoff, who was invited to speak on an economic development panel! It was a pleasure to sponsor this event and hear from Mayor Grandis as he addressed his top priorities for 2024.
