Shopoff recently completed construction on SolTerra Luxury Rental Homes, a collection of 131 single-family rental units set on 22 acres in La Quinta, California. Resident move-ins began in late 2023, and the property is already 36% leased. Each single-family home includes three to four bedrooms ranging from 1,520 to 2,441 square feet, and features two car garages, private yards, and luxury finishes. Surrounded by high quality developments including the La Quinta Resort & Club, the Rancho La Quinta Golf Club and Lake La Quinta, as well as numerous restaurants and shopping venues, these homes are ideal for snowbirds and families alike. Brian Rupp was invited to present at an LAI Luncheon this month, discussing entitlements and how they create value.
