PROJECT HIGHLIGHT

Acquired by Shopoff in June 2024, Tradeway Logistics is a planned industrial development with 1,061,090 square feet of distribution and warehouse space in Desert Hot Springs, located in California’s Inland Empire East region. With direct access to Interstate 10, the site is well positioned for logistics operations, providing an east to west transportation link that can support distribution across the Southern U.S. The site is located adjacent to an under-construction Amazon1 fulfillment center, which is expected to be completed in Q3 2025. When complete, Tradeway Logistics will feature 168 dock doors and 498 trailer stalls, with a 42-foot clear height. Shopoff plans to break ground in Q3 2025, with construction anticipated to take approximately 12 months. To learn more about this project, visit tradeway-logistics.com.

SHOPOFF GIVES BACK

The Shopoff Community Crew had a wonderful time giving back this month! From volunteering at HomeAid Orange County’s Diaper Drive, where over 1 million diapers and wipes were collected, to partnering with Irvine Ranch Conservancy to care for a monarch butterfly plot and nature garden, it was a busy month for the team.
