PROJECT HIGHLIGHT

Apple Valley Office Center is a 130,440-square-foot, three-building office center in Dayton, Ohio, comprising Apple Valley I, Apple Valley II, and Apple Valley III, and covers approximately six acres of land in the Beavercreek office submarket. Since acquisition, Shopoff has improved the overall property with parking lot resurfacing, updated elevator mechanicals, and other aesthetic enhancements to common areas to help further leasing activity. In October 2025, Apple Valley II, a 30,000-square-foot office building, was sold to CFD Research. The two remaining buildings are currently occupied and under lease agreements.

GIVING BACK WITH THE SCC

This month, the Shopoff Community Crew (SCC) volunteered with both Families Forward and Second Harvest Food Bank, helping prep and distribute ingredients for Thanksgiving dinner. We’re grateful for every opportunity to support our community and make a positive impact this holiday season.
