PROJECT HIGHLIGHT

In August 2021, Shopoff acquired a 99-year ground lease on 7.4 acres of commercial-freeway zoned land in La Mirada, California, directly adjacent to Interstate 5. The site offers exceptional freeway visibility and exposure to extremely high daily traffic volumes along one of California’s busiest transportation corridors that connects San Diego and Los Angeles Counties. The firm has secured entitlements for two double-sided digital billboards, with construction scheduled to begin in Q4 2025 and completion anticipated by Q2 2026. Additionally, Shopoff plans to submit an entitlement application in Q2 2026 to seek City approval for a conceptual retail development that could accommodate up to five quick service restaurants on +/-28,580 SF.

It was all smiles and southern charm at this year’s Shopoff Summer Stampede! From popcorn and BBQ to a build-your-own corn station and a competitive cornhole tournament, it was a day full of western-themed fun.
