Shopoff Spotlights: Blair Ruffner and Sarah Lapenta

Shopoff employees nominate their fellow colleagues to be our “Shopoff Spotlight” of the month! Below are the two selected nominations for July — read more to see what makes them standout!

Blair Ruffner | Director of Development

Nomination:

“Blair has shown outstanding dedication and expertise by completing the entitlements for Euclid + Heil, paving the way for 606 new homes. Over the past month, he has continued to deliver exceptional work on various other projects including Buena Park. Blair is incredibly thorough and consistently goes above and beyond to get the job done. I would like to nominate him in recognition of his hard work and valuable contributions.”

Blair added:

“I enjoy the variety of projects that we work on at Shopoff. Every day is different with a unique set of challenges to solve and overcome. I enjoy putting the pieces of the puzzle together to achieve a desired goal.”

Sarah Lapenta | Accounts Payable Supervisor

Nomination:

“Sarah has been with the company for 10 years and is a valued member of the Corporate Accounting team.  She is always willing to assist and responds in a timely manner.  She recently was instrumental in the implementation of the P2P, answering all user inquiries and assisting them with any AP issues.  She has a positive attitude and a great team member.”

Sarah added:

“I enjoy being part of a process that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. It’s rewarding to contribute to the company’s success. The awesome people at Shopoff create a positive environment and keep me motivated everyday!”
