On Wednesday, April 15th, 2026, Shopoff Realty Investments broke ground on Bolsa Pacific at Westminster, transforming 83+ acres of the former Westminster Mall into a thriving mixed-use community for Orange County. The project aims to deliver 2,250 homes (for rent and for sale), 210,000+ sq ft of retail, 120+ hotel keys, and 15 acres of open space.
