Shopoff Spotlights: Scott DiCesare and Jorge Sandoval

Scott DiCesare | Development Manager

Scott consistently goes out of his way to support both his colleagues and external counterparts, making him a highly valuable member of the Development Team and a great asset to Shopoff. His calm, patient demeanor and steady composure set a positive tone in the workplace, even under pressure, and his contributions make a meaningful difference every day. In addition to his strong work ethic, Scott has shown exceptional aptitude in supporting senior developers with tasks involving City and State requirements, while continuing to grow and learn within his field.”

He consistently works with urgency and dedication, often going out of his way to help others, even if it means pausing his own tasks. Since joining Shopoff, he has exceeded expectations by offering thoughtful insights into the future of the company’s IT needs and focusing on delivering the best possible service experience. His reliability, enthusiasm, and forward-thinking approach make him an indispensable part of the team.”

Jorge added:
