Shopoff employees nominate their fellow colleagues to be our “Shopoff Spotlight” of the month! Below are the two selected nominations for February— read more to see what makes them stand out!

Tyler Ingram | Internal Wholesaler

Nomination:
“Tyler is an outstanding member of the sales team and has become a leader and trusted resource to his peers, while also providing immense support to the external wholesaler for his region. I would like to recognize his consistently professional approach and willingness to help teammates. Most recently, Tyler has taken on additional responsibility supporting both the West and East regions, in addition to covering the Central Region internally, and he has embraced this expanded role with enthusiasm. The increased cohesiveness and alignment across all three regions is a direct reflection of Tyler’s contributions and leadership.”
Tyler added:
“I value Shopoff’s family-oriented culture, where genuine support, shared values, and strong leadership foster collaboration, making the work that much more rewarding.”

Natalie McCarty | Controller

Nomination:
“I would like to nominate Natalie for this recognition, as her promotion to Controller is well deserved and a direct result of her exceptional leadership and dedication. She stepped up to lead the team while others were on leave, provided valuable mentorship, ensured work was handled seamlessly, and did a phenomenal job managing our accounting intern, whose productivity reflected her guidance. Natalie is a true professional and natural leader who is quick to respond to inquiries, whether in the office or working from home, and who represents our company with pride at sponsorship and social events. Dedicated, determined, and invaluable, Natalie’s commitment to both personal and professional growth makes us truly fortunate to have her.”
Natalie added:
“I enjoy working at Shopoff because there is always an opportunity to be involved in a new challenge, process improvement, or initiative that pushes me to grow. I appreciate being part of a team where my contributions have a direct impact and where collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability are part of everyday work. Being in an organization that encourages hands-on involvement and continuous improvement makes the work both meaningful and energizing.”
