To be considered, all employers must meet eligibility requirements. They must have at least 15 permanent full- or part-time employees working in and maintaining a physical operation within Orange County. Organizations must be publicly or privately held and operate as for-profit, not-for-profit, or government entities. They must also have been in business for at least one year at the program registration deadline.
Each organization participated in a two-part process, which included an evaluation of each employer’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics, along with an employee survey.
